What You Can Expect :
Your private tour begins early in the morning with a 7 am pick up from your hotel, and then a drive out to the coffee plantation. Start your day the best way with a guided tour of “Casita del Café,” a famous coffee plantation. Tour the facilities while your guide explains the history and importance of coffee in Costa Rican culture. After your caffeine fix, head to the Poas Volcano for some spectacular Costa Rican views and an up-close look at the massive crater filled with a blue sulfurous lake. From the volcano, your next stop will take you to La Paz Waterfall Gardens for a breathtaking tropical treat of lush rainforest vistas and flowing white rivers. Take some photos of the native birds, butterflies, and flowers that all inhabit the gardens. You will also enjoy a delicious traditional Costa Rican lunch before continuing on to your new vacation destination.
