Hiking the lowlands of Costa Rica is an exciting adventure full of exploration and discovery

Costa Rica has much to discover and hiking enthusiasts will especially love the scenery it has to offer. Volcanos, mountains, rivers, waterfalls and beaches; all that anyone could expect from an eco-adventure vacation in Costa Rica, including cultural influence and flavor.

Starting in San José with a transfer to Arenal, you and the gang will be visiting a volcano and walking past waterfalls. Then, you will go to the province of Guanacaste and see the stunningly gorgeous, clear, turquoise waters of Rio Celeste. To wrap things up, you will go on to downtown Quepos, where you can experience the local culture, do a little shopping, eat out, and catch the amazing sunset over the marina.

Feel like getting in a little hiking on your own? From Quepos, you can always grab a cab and take it over hill and into Manuel Antonio (a 10-minute ride) and spend the day (or part of it!) discovering the beauty of Manuel Antonio National Park—watch your stuff; the monkeys and raccoons love to steal!
